What If is a single taken from the 2001 animated film Christmas Carol: The Movie, which is based on the Charles Dickens classic novel. The song is a ballad that follows the film's theme, and was the first and only song to be released from the official movie soundtrack. The music video, which was directed by Chris Horton, shows Winslet walking around an old Victorian house, along with clips from the film. What If entered the UK singles chart at number 6, and debuted at number 1 on the Irish singles chart. It remained at number 1 for four weeks. At Winslet's request, the proceeds from the single were given to the NSPCC and Sargent Cancer Care For Children.

Forca (Portuguese) (English: "Strength") is a pop song sung mainly in English, with the chorus completely in the Portuguese language. Released in June 2004, the song received a positive reception from music critics and was also chosen as the official anthem of the 2004 European Football Championship held in Portugal. Although peaking at #1 in Argentina the song didn't chart in the Latin America Top 40. Furtado said about the song, "When I was touring in Portugal, people would frequently say goodbye to me by saying "Forca", which is Portuguese slang. It translates as "Keep going" or "Kick ass".

Over It was the first single to be released from the eponymous album by Katharine McPhee, the American Idol season five (2006) finalist. The song was reportedly described by McPhee as "the only real pop song on the record" and as being "a very sultry song about young love". The narrator complains about how their lover cheats on them, and is betraying their trust.

Over It debuted at #44 on Billboard's Pop 100 Airplay chart and peaked at #27. Billboard Magazine has listed Over It on their HitPredictor list for the Pop 100 Airplay list. Over It debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at #48 on the chart for the week ending February 17, 2007. It has since peaked at #29.
